Back to the roots – Neues aus Mösereich!

Mein Shop mit dem Rotkehlchen-Poster ‘Erithacus rubecula’ ist endlich online! Ab jetzt kann der zweifarbige Siebdruck direkt dort erworben werden. Ich bin immer noch ganz aufgeregt dass es endlich soweit ist und hoffe dass meine Arbeiten auch gekauft werden. Bitte schreibt mir eure Meinung und wenn es euch gefällt – kauft doch etwas :)

Spielerei mit der Schreibmaschine. Inspiration/Ideenklau von einem Künstler, dessen Namen ich leider vergessen und den ich in der Ausstellung in der Weserburg gesehen habe.

Nach langer Arbeit ist meine Serie ‘Nacht, Nebel & Regen’ endlich fertig gestellt. Während Nacht und Regen an jeweils einem Abend zu Papier gebracht wurden, nahm Nebel gut und gerne 10 Stunden in Anspruch, da das ganze Bild aus einzelnen Punkten besteht.
Das Konzept dahinter ist, dass das jeweilige Wort, das durch die Illustration bildlich dargestellt wird, erst durch die Aussparung als dieses deutlich wird. Oder so. Die Größe ist jeweils DIN A3.

After long hours of drawing my series ‘Night, Fog & Rain’ has finally been finished. While Night and Rain were finished relatively quickly in one evening each, Fog took about 10 hours to be completed since the whole illustration is made up of single dots.
The concept behind the series that each word is visualized by the particular illustration. Because of the open area the word left the visualized word becomes visible. The size is DIN A3 each.

Ich habe eine Schreibmaschine von ca. 1970 von meinem Pa bekommen. Und habe einige Ideen, was ich damit machen möchte.
I got a typewriter from my dad from about 1970 and have some ideas what to do with it.
